• To update any account information, identity verification through our support team is required.
• Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be temporarily suspended.
• Processing transactions on behalf of others or using your account for third-party purposes is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum single deposit limit depends on the payment method used.

• Your KYC verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal. Without verification, your withdrawal request may be put on hold.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. boo88 is not responsible for any delays on the part of your bank or payment provider.
• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions made using third-party accounts will be cancelled.
• If money laundering or illegal funds are suspected, boo88 reserves the right to freeze the relevant transaction and notify the appropriate authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Boo88 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are fully met.

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and applies once per account.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 20–30x).
• If a promotion code is available, it must be applied at the time of deposit to claim the bonus — it cannot be applied afterwards.
• Boo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of all bonuses.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games on boo88 use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical issue during gameplay, boo88 will review it and resolve it fairly.
• Boo88 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or technical errors.
• Attempting to break game rules or using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Any complaints regarding the outcome of a game must be submitted to support within 72 hours.

07 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Manipulating gameplay strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time. Contacting boo88 support will initiate the account closure process.

• Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Recovering the balance of a closed account may require additional verification.
• Boo88 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• If you wish to contest a suspended account, you may appeal through support and boo88 will issue a decision within 7 business days.

10 Dispute Resolution
